      Yes! We need scientists for every single thing we consume today! For example, the computer you used to post this questions, there are many different types of science that needed to be researched until we got to the point that computers, internet, cameras, keyboards, ink, screens (just describing what I can see right now looking at my laptop!) could be accessible to the public! So yes, scientists are needed in every field and we need more and more of them! You could be one of us =)

      Absolutely! We are literally using science right now to talk despite the fact that we are in two completely different locations! If your job involves sending an email then you are using science đŸ˜€

      There are also jobs which involve doing science to varying degrees. For example, I work in a college and am paid to investigate research questions that are of interest to my research center. When I think I have an answer, I write a research paper which describes what that answer is and how I arrived at it. Hopefully that paper gets published somewhere! That way other people can benefit from the answers I have found.
